In a filmic valentine to the early works of Jean-Luc Godard, moments of inner monologue and private thought playfully interweave with public expression and emotional exhibitionism as Anna and Jean, former lovers, bide their time on Anna’s couch, verbally sparring on the subjects of love, sex and communication.
